Cookie Policy

"Understanding how we use technology to improve your property sourcing experience."

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer or mobile device by websites that you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site.

At 360propertyhub.co.uk, we use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in to the member portal, protect our forms from abuse, remember what you have dismissed, and — only if you agree — measure how the site is used.

2. How we use cookies

We use two categories. Essential storage is always active because the site cannot work without it. Analytics is off until you switch it on, and you can switch it back off at any time.

Essential

Always on

Needed to deliver the service you asked for, so they do not require consent:

  • Firebase Authentication — keeps you signed in to the member portal between visits.
  • Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise — tells real enquiries from automated abuse on our forms.
  • Your cookie choice — so we do not ask you again on every page.
  • Portal preferences — remembers items you have dismissed, such as a deal match or a notification you have already read.

Analytics

Your choice

Set only after you accept, and never used for advertising:

  • Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*) — which pages, listings and market articles people actually read, so we know what is worth producing more of.

We run Google Consent Mode, so until you accept, Analytics stores nothing on your device. If you decline, it stays that way.

Payments happen on Stripe

Membership and credit payments are taken on Stripe's own hosted checkout pages. We never handle your card details, and the cookies Stripe needs are set by Stripe on its own domain once you are redirected there — not by us. Stripe's use of them is covered by its own privacy policy.

3. Managing your cookies

Most web browsers allow some control of most cookies through the browser settings. To find out more about cookies, including how to see what cookies have been set, visit www.aboutcookies.org.

Your analytics choice

Analytics cookies are only set if you have agreed to them. Reopen the banner below to review or withdraw that choice at any time — withdrawing is as easy as giving it.

Please note: Declining analytics has no effect on the site — everything keeps working exactly as before. Blocking all cookies and browser storage in your browser settings is different: sign-in will not persist, so the member portal will not be usable.
