Architecture in-house
In-house architectural services
A seamless path from deal sourcing to structural design, led by Malcolm Bunn.
The professional pathway
From first look at the land to final design
Our architectural services work hand in hand with our town planning partnership (Rebecca Boyd) and our deal sourcing network (Steve Moyse). Investors get one place to go, from initial land evaluation through to the finished design.
- Feasibility and site analysis
- Planning and regulatory liaison
